Welcome pick!!

Surf around and make yourself comfortable. We have a WW forum and 100 lb Club (for those looking to lose about 100 lbs). Congrats on the 3 lbs!!!

The trick is keeping it off, as you know, and 3FC has a great maintainers forum. Feel free to jump in whereever you like!

Hi!

I'm new here too.

You're lucky you can join WW. I did so myself a few months ago, here in Greece, only to find out, a few meetings later, that the WW Greece was shutting down. It was a great disappointment!

I honestly think the hardest part about losing weight is the keeping it off...when I lost the hundred on ww it felt like it melted off...but boy did it pile back on...I think the real key is realizing this isn't a diet but how it has to be forever, otherwise we will be back on this same cycle...over and over again!!!

I agree with mady momma. I have tried numerous diets and have always lost weight but then would gain it and then some. Some of these "diets" aren't good for a lifetime or were not pratical for me to live by.
This time I have a plan that will allow me to lose the weight and keep it off. On Jan 1, 2009 I started eating every three hours. This will be my eating style for the rest of my life. By doing this I have increased my metabolism. I feel great and very satisfied....I am never hungry since I eat every 3 hours. I've been doing this for 26 days and have almost lost 15 pounds.
The key is finding something you can do for the rest of your life.
Good Luck and welcome to 3FC. I'm looking forward to being able to have a weight ticker in my signature line.
