Newly joined chick from Southern California

    Just joined this group and wanted to introduce myself! I've lost a lot of weight over the years (I weighed 260 at one point); currently I've been "idling" at 160 for far too long, and now I'm ready to hammer it the rest of the way down to goal weight.

    In addition to weight loss I'll be focusing a lot on exercise and body sculpting. Looking forward to exploring all the threads and meeting you all!

  • Welcome Cat! What you call idling, I call maintaining and that is a great accomplishment!!!

    Surf around and settle in. We have subforums based on age, meal plan, exercise, etc. Be sure to check out the weight training forum. We are just getting started on a 12 week challenge. Some people are doing Body for Life, others of us are just adapting to be more strict and accountable for these 12 weeks.
