I am not in a diet mode yet, but am getting ready for it. I have tried numerous diets and I tend to loose 20 lbs easy and than i start rewarding myself, which always leads to extra few pounds at the end. I can honestly say that life is not as much fun with the extra rolls I am carring around my waist.

I'm new here. Figured I would try a new method to get motivated and stay motivated. Hopefully by reading others advice and getting tips I can reach my goal weight. :] |
I've tried many diets too and yo-yoed back. This time I am not dieting as I have decided to change my metabolism by eating every 3 hours. So far I love it and am never hungry. It's the first time I have been happy with an eating plan. Twenty six days and I have lost almost 15 pounds.

Oh my god, do you sound like me. I'm new on here, and reading you're blog sounded strangely familiar. Like me, you're able to do it! Just believe in yourself!
