Well i am new here, just wanted to say hi! I started my weight loss in July by joining Herbal Magic. I love it, so far I have lost a total of 60 lbs! :carrot:

Hi, Herbal Magic is a weight loss center in canada that uses supplements along with a diet plan. They kind of follow canada's food guide. I go in 3 times per week to get weighed in. Everything you eat is recorded in a journal so they can go over it with you. I find it very easy, I don't get hungry at all. I realy love it!!!

What's herbal magic like?

That's awesome! I tried that when I was in vancouver but didn't stick to it for various personal reasons. I'm glad it's working for you!

My understanding is that it is a company that lays out a nutrition and exercise program for individuals looking to lose weight. Seems a bit pricy but it also seems that some folks have had good success with it.
