Back after pulling a disappearing act

One day I just stopped posting. I felt bad because there were some groups I was a part of and threads I maintained but I needed a break from focusing on weight loss so much. I'm back now and looking forward to catching up with my friends and getting back on track. So happy to see that my blog was still here too!
