Default Fresh Start on LAWL

hello!
I am just starting back on LA Weight Loss as of today. My husband and I have joined a local "biggest loser" type program to help raise money for local charities, so today begins the new way of eating and a lot of time at the gym!

I stopped going to LAWL about 1 1/2 yrs ago, and after reading all the postings in here, I am noticing that it changed from Colored programs to numbered programs. From what I am reading, I am assuming #2 is where I want to start, but need to know the portion sizes. Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot!

Hi! I don't have the answer re: LAWL, but I wanted to welcome you to 3FC! Check out the LAWL link under Diet Central and there are lots of knowledgable Chicks who might be able to help.

Definitely post your question here:

I'm glad you're here!
