Hello all! I am Winter and I am overweight (group says Hi winter). I have decided to stop kidding myself that 275lbs is not my real weight if you subtract pounds for my head and my bones, and then there is my internal organs...ha ha you get the picture!

I just wanted to say Hi and I will be around!

Do you have some sort of plan you might like to try or are you working on something? :)

There are a ton of areas around 3FC. By age, by interest, by challenge or Diet Plan. Lots of chicks & roosters to talk to or ask advice from.
