Good afternoon all:D. I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 29yr old woman looking to make some changes in my life. I used to be a D1 athlete, not so much anymore. I hope this site will give me the motivation I need. Perhaps if I track my progress I will hold myself more accountable. I look forward to learning from all of you.

There are a lot of areas around, so take your time, and post wherever you feel comfortable! There's an Exercise area, and a 20-somethings area to start with :)
