Hi everyone. Im Kat. From texas. Im not happy with my weight. I comfort eat. :o I cant help it. Whenever Im sad or depressed I eat.
It doesnt help that Im still nursing so I cant do any weight loss thats extreme but Im signing on here for the buddy factor. I need a buddy /support in my weight loss journey.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and joining in the community.

Welcome!! It's never too early to start posting!!! Make a plan for your weight loss for once you stop nursing so you'll have everything set for when you do start!
