Hello All this is my first post. I'm from Canada, married, two children, 2 dogs. I'm not new to weight loss. In the past two years I've managed to lose over 80lbs but with the Holidays I've managed to put 10 of those back on.:eek:

Time to pull the brakes on and hop back on the wagon.

Just looking for extra motivation and this site seems to fit the bill.:cp:

CoolBeans - the holidays can be HARD, can't they? But there are many of us in the same boat, so jump on in.

We have forums here by age range, eating plan, starting weight, etc, so take a look around! We even have a maintainers section, if you're interested in maintaining the weight you've lost already, not necessarily losing any more.

Anyway, find a spot, settle in, and keep going. Can't wait to get to know you better!

Hi, I am new too! Only got one response from midwife which did not make sense to me.

I am looking for anyone on the Nutrisystem program. I ordred it and it will be arriving in the mail this week. I have 50 POUNDS TO LOSE! So I thought a forum would be an informative and postive place to go.

Anyone else in my shoes? (or size 14 jeans?);)
