Finally Ready for a Better Life!
 

Hey Everyone!
I have finally begun my journey and I'm so glad to have found a support system such as this. I have always been up and down with my weight, but it seems like recently its just gone up, up, up! I am looking forward to being inspired by, and hopefully inspiring, others! I'm from Florida and I'm currently a senior at my university. I plan on going in to relationship, marriage therapy/counseling and/or sex therapy. I also want to write books on these topics.

What are your food & activity plans? We most certainly want to help support you on your way!

There are many areas to look at. There are groups by age, or amount to lose, there are challenge threads, and there's the Diet Central area where you can connect with people following the same plan as you, etc. So much!
