Hello, newbie from the UK!

Hi all!

I'm Laura, aged 21, from Nottingham, UK.

As it's the new year, i'm going back on my diet. I previously lost 2 stone on it, on my own.

I am currently at 319lbs (or 22stone 11lbs if you prefer...funny that, it's my birthday..haha) and I am hoping to get to 250lbs. I don't have a time limit on it, but by the summer would be very good. I'd be happy if it were for my 22nd birthday (22nd November.)
