I found this forum while searching for recipes for the Fat Smash Diet's first phase, and it seems there is a lot of good info here. So I think I'll stick around for awhile. Just saying hi!

There's a FatSmash section under Diet Central. Check it out!

There are also a lot of other support areas. Ones for different ages or weights to lose. Some about interests, or challenges. Lots of people, and we're all fellow weight loss people :)
