Hello All

My Names Dawn and I'm from Rotherham UK

After years of yo-yo dieting, and unhappiness with my size at it's largest, I've decided to quit dieting.

Since monday I have been following the 'Paul Mckenna, I can make you Thin' system, and I long to have a healthy relationship with food.

Any buddies on this system are more than welcome, my blog for this will be at (not yet updated!)

Just looking around the forums at the moment and I think I've found at least two I want to join!

That IS weird, that your from rotherham also, I work at sheffield airport and have just started using the facilities at the new leisure centrein rotherham town centre, it's ace and really cheap!
