There are many sections here that may interest you. Areas by weight needed to be lost, or by age, sections by interest, or obstacles. There's a Diet Central area where you can connect with people following similar eating plans. There's an Exercise area to help you get moving or keep you moving. All sorts! So find some places that you're comfortable & start posting :)
