Hello!
Hi This is my first time here, and after browsing around I have decided that I think this website and all of you are very encouraging, and it never hurts to have someone in your corner. My name is Jessica and I am finally taking the steps to a healthier me!!;) I have about 5 months to lose 50 pounds, I think this is reasonable 10 pounds a month! Well I am going to bed now, I am so happy i found this site, and I will be back daily if not more! :):spin:

welcome! 50 lbs in 5 months is totally doable! and if you don't quite make it I'm sure you'll get really close! are you doing low cal? low carb? I suggest low cal! I've lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks by eating 1200-1400 cal a day and excersising!

:wel3fc: 10 pounds a month is a pretty reasonable goal. But remember our bodies don't always lose on a schedule. So just keep eating right & moving more and the weight will come off. I'll bet you can get a good bunch off within 5 months, though! Post wherever you're comfortable :) Everyone here wants to support you! |
