Hi.... Im new.
 

I finally decided to join after lurking for long time. My husband and i started our diet jan 1st. My goal is to lose 50lbs. Ive tried so many times before and always failed. I really NEED to do this for my health, children & husband.

welcome chrissy , first off congrats on the start , thats always the hardest part. its so nice you have your hubby as your partner! my goal is about 50 pounds too, its seems like a long journey but if you break it down you really only have to lose 10 pounds 5 times that doesnt sound to hard right ??? lets do this!

We have lots of groups here...by age range, by amount to lose, by eating plan...so look around. We also have a ton of miscellaneous support groups and challenges to give you that extra push.

Wherever you decide to settle in, just keep moving forward and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
