First time in a forum!

Hi I am new to the site but also completley new to forums. I am in the UK, in my late twenties and have a LOT of weigh to lose, diet starts tomorrow and I would love some help and support both with my diet and with how to use the forums (I have probably got it wrong already!) Thanks:)
