Hello everyone!
Hello all! I'm very new here, so I just wanna say hi!! I'm 21 years old and I'm 210 pounds at the moment and my goal weight is 140 and I'm hoping to lose that much by September. :)
I'm very new to all of this stuff, and I don't know about all the diets ans stuff out there, so if anyone knows the right diet and exercise program that will help me lose about 70 pounds by September , it would be hugely appreciated!!! :p Thanks!! :D |

Depending on your body, and your life, the right diet program is out there, but it's going to be different than everyone else. I suggest you take a look at Diet Central. There are many groups that you can check out to see if there's a program that fits what you know you can follow for a very long time. Take a look around. There are also many support areas such as the 20-somethings. But post wherever you're comfortable! Best of success! |
