Hi everyone! I'm Sallie, 23 years old and I currently weigh 180. I have PCOS and I really want to get my weight down so I can reduce my symptoms. I always seem to have a problem with motivation. Hopefully with the support of everyone here we can all be healthier and reach our goal weight.:)
