Hi Guy's kinda new here- I've read lots of cool posts and thought I'd actually join! A little a bout me : I've struggled wit my weight almsot my whole life I'm now 26 and realize I want to look good while I'm young and have the ability to do this safely! I've lost weight before but no more then 35-40 lbs- this time I'm gonna do it! I'm going to make my goal weight! I started out at 306lbs- I never thought I'd get that big! but anyways Dec 9th 2008 I started my new lifestyle an since I have lost 15.4.lbs! I'm doing a low calorie diet trying to eat anywhere from 1100-1400 cals a day!
I'd love to hear from some of you who are also doing a low calorie diet- this whole low cal thing is new to me each time I've lost weight before it was by doing low carb! I find low cal less restrictive though! And I'm lovin it thus far!
My husband is also doing this with me and he's lost 17.7 lbs! It's great to have some one to do this with! But I know the support that this forum could offer me will be helpful too! here to all of you and your weight loss! oh yeah can some one tell me how to put the weight loss tickers at the bottom like you guys do?
