2009 -- dieting for the last time!
 

Hey all ;)
I'm new to this site & forum and based on all the threads I've seen and articles I've read I think this would be a perfect place to kickstart my weight loss efforts.

I'm looking for a buddy, someone who is reliable to exchange e-mails and even the occasional text/phone call (kick-in-the-butt !!) with so that I can get on the health wagon for and stay on for the final time. It's now or never, do or die.

Try joining a chat thread and some of the challenge threads. They're a great way to get and give support, and safer than giving out your email or phone number to someone you don't really know. Check the weight loss support forum or any of the diet or age specific forums, then just jump in where ever you feel comfortable. :)
