I'm 45 years old and I have put my life on hold for far too long. This will be e year that I do something for me.

Have you found the 40-somethings yet? It's a great forum for those in your age range. We also have forums by amount to lose (like the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more), eating plan, and more. So look around.
