I used to post here almost 4 years ago now. I was at a high weight of 186lbs
I am now 230lbs that is more then 10lbs a year I have gained. I am only going up. I am now prediabetic, have metabolic resistance, elevated cholesterol. I use a cpap machine as I have "moderate to severe" sleep apnea.
My pants are all tight on me.
I cant do this anymore.
I dont want to diet. I want to live. So I am not considering this a diet. I am considering this a training. I am going to be slowly training myself to eat healthy, to live healthy.
I hope to get to know a lot of you on my journey.
Kathy

Of course it's much easier to have a diet buddy, but remember you are doing this for you, not him...he's not the one using your cpap machine. Good luck Chicky!
