I am obviously new and I have already gained much inspiration by browsing this forum:cloud9:. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life... I have usually weighed 135-150... I am now 170. My turning point: I am 5'6'' and I have really long legs (33.5 inseam:tantrum:) so I was stretching a pair of jeans with my mother to lengthen them. Well, My father walks in and says "shouldnt you be stretching them in the other direction?":halfempty I immediately burst into tears. I look forward to hearing all of your progress and sharing mine with you. :broc: |
welcome 70! Glad you are here this is a great place for support and ideas. What kind of plan do you have to lose your extra pounds?

I plan on counting calories with fitday.com. I also plan to use Gillian McKeith's "you are what you eat guidelines" as i did it last year and felt better than I have in a long time.
I just LOVE food...all kinds of food. AND>>> I have an older sister that is a size 00 after 2 kids.... oh yes my friends...she needs to eat a sandwich bigtime....I dont want to be that thin, but I still have jealousy...:( |
