newbie saying hi

Hola,

I am 29 years old and a mother to two beautiful children
ages 7 and 9 months.

I've always been a "big" boned kinda gal.. Growing up playing softball, dancing, and cheer leading has given me excellent flexibility and muscle tone but, As my adolescent years wore off so did my enthusiasm for excercise and keeping fit.

I guess I just took for granted that I could eat whatever I wanted and drink as much beer as I wanted and it would never catch up with me

well It did and HARD.

I was in an abuse relationship for much of my early adulthood
and packed on the pounds.

Eating and drinking loads of beer P:( :?::(

till I ballooned to 230 lbs.

I have since remarried and have grown more confident and happy in myself, and I am now in a loving and support relationship.

I say this all the time but this time I really really mean it. I want to get down to 175 lbs. Now that might sound like alot but, My body frame is very musclar and I am happiest at that weight.

I would like to be down to 199 by my 30th birthday which is in September but, I will settle for Having that goal reached by next year.

I just want to do it right this time.

I want to feel sexy in my own skin.

Don't get me wrong I am a confident woman but, I believe that I am at my very best when I am fit, active and living my life the right way.

Some of my passions include dancing, reading, texting on my blackberry, Surfing the internet, making lists, body mods, falling in love, bad girls (uk show), silly reality tv, chinese food, red lipstick, fashion, blogging, and all things girlie just to name a few.

oh and I'm also a Vegetarian and hate the stereotype that all vegetarians are thin.. NOT TRUE haha

I NEED Loads of support and look forward to chatting with you all.

When I feel more confident I would love to post some pics but, I'm just not sure if I feel comfortable sharing my identity on a public board just YET.

hehe.. maybe for my "coming out" party.

Wherever you settle, jump on in and get to posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
