I know I'm up for it! I need all the support I can get because i have a looooong way to go. Lake Havasu City huh, man that's a far way out. lol. I live in Glendale, not very close but we can email or something.

I tried to send you a PM but you need to have 10 post before you can do that. What kind of diet are you going to go on? I have been trying to do the PH diet. Eating more fruits and veggies and laying off the sugar. (didn't do to well with Christmas!) If your body is in the perfect PH range you can lose weight and won't get sick. Anyway it is nice to met you and hope we can help each other out!
