Hello all!

Man i love joining a new community. Well i'm not to good with intro's so ill keep it short and simple.

My name is nick , i'm 24 and hoping to lose some much need pounds and change my bad lifestyle. I found this place doing a few searches and it seemed like a good place to start my weight loss journey.
