Hi everyone...Motivation needed

Hi all,

I'm a single woman in her early thirties, who is just sick of not being able to shed these difficult extra thirty to thirty five pounds that have plagued me for the past eight years or so. I was going to start with a trainer but found that I really can't afford it right now. I may return to WW soon, but I haven't decided. I think, at least for January, I want to try a plan of my own. Eat healthy and work out. As you all know, it's easier said than done! I hope I can find some support within this community! You seem like a good bunch of people.

Alli :)

Thanks! Hi all!

I have a gym in my building. I just moved in and haven't been. I am the type that is rarely at home. I don't know why, but it's hard to make myself go even if I am home! Motivation is definitely needed. I may do better buying a Billy Blanks DVD to start. I don't know. Any other suggestions would be great! I'm thinking of investing in a Wii in a couple of months. That Wii Fitness looks awesome! :D

Wow! This is kind of motivating looking at this old post of mine. So, since this time (I guess my goal was only 35 pounds), I've lost 28 pounds and am slowly becoming a gym rat or at least a fitness rat. LOL. Not bad. I just don't want to go back. I totally had a coke and chinese today and yesterday. Plus carrot cake, ribs on Saturday! I have to stop.

I've got a wii, and it's definitely the only thing thats really got me exercising. If it weren't for Wii Fit and EA Active for Wii...I'd probably never get any exercising done. They're a great investment, very helpful for losing weight, and plenty of other fun games too =D

Good luck alli =D

Just don't let those one or two "off" days end your health craze! Eating foods you love like that is okay every once in awhile, at least I think so. Saying you can NEVER have them only makes ya want em more :). So just keep your head up & stay on track! You can do this
