New, need of help?!
Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I might just be the youngest one at 19. I have had a lot of weight issues in the past but I have found myself at my heaviest after my third semester of college, I don't know whether it was all the easy mac I've been eating or the fact that I have been on and off birth control for the past year that has contributed to my weight gain. I am setting a goal for myself to go from 170 to 145 by May. I could use a lot of help navigating the site and what not as well as weight loss buddies, someone to help me stay motivated who isn't my mother (the cause of my bad eating habits) or my friends (who eat what they want without a care in the world).

I'm 18 so you're not the youngest! I have a similar goal to you too - i'm wanting to go from 196 -165so i have 31lbs to lose (i'm 5'11). I could do with a buddy too! Do you have any particular plan in mind? |
Welcome to 3FC! You're not the youngest one:P I'm 18 and I think I've seen a couple younger as well. It's never too early to start changing your life anywho. All the best of luck (or willpower) to you:)

I dont have a particular plan, I mean I eat healthy for the most part as it is I just know I need to work out more and exercise since I put on significant amount of weight this past semester. I kind of want to try that cleanser made out of the lemonade, cayenne pepper and syrup however idk if i can go ten days without eating. |
There have been a lot of discussions about Master Cleanse...here's a recent one.
IMHO - it's not a healthy thing to do and most likely you will gain whatever you lose right back when you go back to eating. |
