Hello every one. I am new to this website and am hoping to meet people on here that can MOTIVATE me. As I dont have the support system at home. My children are young, and my fiance doesnt have an issue with his weight. I want to lose weight and keep it off. I always seem to go on yo yo diets were I lose alot of weight then I gain it all back. I have tried EVERYTHING out there. From diet pills, to cleansings systems! Nothing seems to work for me. I guess Im not working out hard enough. I just need to motivation, I am motivated, I want to do this! I am 5'3" and weigh almost 200lbs! I am not healthy and would love to hear what keeps you all going and how do I get the 100% MOTIVATION that I need! MY JOURNEY BEGINS!!!

:welcome3:

You said that you have lost weight but gain it back so basically "nothing seems to work" is not true. Find one WOE that worked in the past and stick to it. Set goals and notice how members on the forum display them to keep themselves accountable. Read the success stories on the forum.

What kept me going was the drive for my own health. I found that success had to come from me and nobody else. I had to believe in myself and build on small goals to reach my goal. There is no secret that will provide success. We are all unique and different and it is your call to choose your path.

Hope this helps. :goodluck:

I'm new to this site, too. Like you, I need motivation. Most of my day is consumed with work in front of the computer. Looking for some "sit and be fit" exercise ideas that I can add to my goal of a 30 minute walk a day. Any thoughts or ideas?

Someone on here had her laptop set up so she could walk and play on the web at the same time...others sit on an exercise ball to get a little balance work in.
