Hi, just thought i'd introduce myself I'm 22 and in the past 2 years or so I've let myself slip a little and have put on abit of extra weight, which on my small frame of about 5foot, looks very excessive! So i've joined here to get some support and help to help me get down to my goal weight of about 100 pounds! Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know some of u's a bit better
We have many spots here you might want to check out...a Support Group for Short Chicks, for example, or the 20-somethings for those in that age range. We also have forums by eating plan, so look around.
Find a spot, settle in, and keep going. Can't wait to get to know you better!
