Hello from far west Texas
Hello everyone! I'm here with the hopes of sheding some lbs. 60 to be exact. I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my life an not very happy about it.:cry: I have been heavy for most of my life. I managed to lose 50lbs. by the time I started college and kept it off for years weighing 150-160. Then I slowly gained all back and some the last 3 years. I just turned 30 in October and never thought I would weigh 230 at this age. I was pretty active in high school with sports. During and after college I attended a gym regularly but now I do nothing but walk when I get the chance. I feel miserable!!!:(
