Hi, My name is Amy. I am 28 YO.
I have been overweight most of my life since I was about 10.
I did slim up in high school. And then I lost weight at 22 to join the air force.
I am 5'4 and am now up to about 190. This is the most I have ever weighed. I am 5'4.
I have had to go way up in sizes of clothes I never dreamed of. I had worn 12-14's in jeans for a few years. I now am at 18-20.
I have gained probably 30 pounds int he last 4 months or so.
I moved in with my BF and we have eaten horrible.
So Jan 1 we have both agreed to strting a new healthy lifestyle.
For me that includes losing at LEAST 30 pounds but my goal is to lose 60 pounds.
I look forward to getting to know you guys. :)

It's great that your BF is on board for a change in eating habits! Once the junk is out of the house, getting the weight off is a lot easier.

I'm glad you've found us! Check out the boards and settle in...you'll be ready to go Jan 1! We have groups by age range, eating plan, etc, so look around.
