We have many groups here - the Christian Encouragers and Faith Based Support Groups, as well as groups by age range, eating plan, etc. So look around! You'll be sure to find a spot that works perfectly for you.

Blondie-Hi! For right now I am counting calories and doing cardio four days a week..I am also looking for a good aerobic video..I am new to this diet and exercise! How bout you?

I am at my goal weight, and have been for a bit over a year...I am a calorie counter, with an emphasis on whole foods...was while I was losing, and still am during maintenance!
