My name is Rachel. 19 going on 20. College student with about a year and a half to go.
The reason I am here is because I am definitely overweight.
I currently weigh 163 pounds and for being 5'2 it shows! I started at around 196 back in August by changing my eating habits, which have slipped a few times. Now, I have hit a plateau and in order to get over it I am incorporating exercise into my fitness plan. For me, this is the hardest part! So, I researched online to see what I could find about exercising productively and ended up here. This website looks wonderful and I am so glad to join and hopefully get the support I need to finally make it to 125 and finally feel good about wearing a bikini!

on losing 33 lbs already, wow! Plateaus are tough, but they eventually end. You are doing the right thing by shaking things up and adding exercise.
