I'm 57, but my mind and heart still feel like 30. I just need to get my body is better shape to match my young outlook. I have 2 grown daughters, and two adorable grandsons...the youngest being 5 months old, and they are both the apples of my eye. I'm married to a wonderful guy 16 years younger than me, so I must be doing SOMETHING right! LOL
For the past 2 years, though, I've suffered with reoccuring kidney stones. I had surgery once, got more, and have so far avoided another surgery, but the diet I have to live really makes it hard to lose weight. I can't do low carb. I have to limit whole grains and meat. On the plus side, I was able to give up those nightly glasses of wine, so the year hasn't been a total health loss. But I'm still at an all-time high in weight, and that MUST CHANGE.
