Losing 130 Pounds!
I'm Karma, a 24 year old college student. I've been actively dieting for the past year and a half and have gone from a high of 307 to a low of 240. After binge eating for the last couple weeks due to stress, I'm back up to 260....but I'm re-dedicated and ready to tackle the next 130 pounds!!!
I made a blog to help document my progress and keep me motivated...I just started it today, so there isnt much yet, but I'm going to be posting everyday. :smile: 100pounds30days.blogspot.com |
I am a stresed out college student my self, and my goal is to ultimately lose 130lbs. i started at 260, and i am now down around 200....i know what you are going through...lets support eachother!

Some 21 months ago I commenced on my weight loss journey starting out having to lose 130lbs just like yourself. Here I am 21 months later 124lbs lighter and knocking on the door of my goal. With hard work, determination and will power it can be done. I am so glad I embarked on my journey I only wish I was as young as yourself when I decided to change my eating habits and lose the weight. Good luck as you embark on your journey and congratulations on the weight lost so far. Keep up the good work and you will reach your mini goals along the way. |
