trying to get back on track

I am new to this forum and not necessarily overweight but feel like the weight just keeps creeping up and I feel if I don't get a control it will continue to do so. I am 33 yrs, old, about to be 34 and live in New York City. I have recently begun to run again and hope to run the marathon this year. But currently I run 3 miles, 3 times a week and that has been difficult. I also bought the 30 day shred and have done it a few times. I like it but I am having trouble fitting it all in. Running, 30 day shred and I hear pilates is great for you. I also need to work on my diet which I am trying to do. Anyone have a schedule that works for them in terms of this video and running. I have heard great things about it but I can't just seem to motivate. I can't get up before work. Last week, I ran 3 times and did the video once. Any suggestions? I want to feel like it is worth it.

Welcome!

There's lots of threads here at 3FC where you'd find likeminded posters. Runners, featherweights, 30 somethings and many many eating plans.

Just let us know if we can help you find something.

:wel3fc:

We have groups by age range, eating plan, and even a thread going for 30-day shredders, so look around! You're sure to find several spots where you'll fit right in.

Can't wait to get to know you!
