I've joined after some intermittent visits here I realized that yes i can join and yes I can participate! Over three years and a great deal of lifestyle change I have lost fifty pounds. Said more accurately, I lost it in 2.5 years and have maintained it off for the last 7 months. I find that I cannot currently pay for WW (which I was on for part of last year and helped me to lose about 20 of that) but am interested in going back on the plan w/ some online support. My actual long-term goal is fuzzy, tho I feel comfortable stating a ten-pound goal in the short term. One change I'll need to make is to actually get online... so it's nice to meet you!

Good to meet you! I've just started ww at work (it's payroll deduction-much easier that way) and am really loving it. And I love this site too! It's wonderful you have been able to maintain. I lost 25 lbs 1.5 yrs ago and gained back 40. Bummer! But this is the first time I've tried ww. Good luck on your success!
