Not So New
 

I am not a new member as I joined some time ago,but have been more of a reader. I plan on losing weight once and for all. My weight has been a rollercoaster ride for far too long. Of course, it is the hardest time of the year to lose weight, but the way I see it, if I can lose weight during the most hectic time of the year, then I should be able to lose weight throughout the entire year. I am 26 years old, married, and the mother of a beautiful 8 year old. Yes, 8. My weight battle started after giving birth and has fluctuated up and down. My heaviest weight was 197. I am down to 187 and hope to lose more. I am reaching out for any advice or tips you can give me. I promise to return the favor. Let's do this!
