Hi, I'm Julie. I'm struggling with bad eating habits this year. Ever since I moved back to my small little town I've been using food as a comfort source and now I'm in trouble. I've gain around 30 lbs!

My clothes don't fit anymore and I'm started to get downhearted. I would really like to hold myself responsible for my eating habits, but I just don't seem to have any self-motivation left. I'd love to help someone else with their weight loss as well.
