Well I have made th decision and I am going to stick with it. I joined Sure slim and for the first time in a long time I feel in control. I lost 7.lbs the first week Yeah!!! but I still need to lose almost 70lbs but going to look it at things in 10lb chunks easier that way!
I am at my heaviest weight in my life(40lbs more than when I gave birth to my youngest so and he's almost 15). But with the support of others I am going to do it. New me here I come. Looking for new fiends to help me make it to my goal.

Hi Tammy,

You are off to a great start, keep up the good work and sooner than you know it you'll be ticking off those 10 lb. mini-goals.

BTW.. what is Sure slim?
