I came across this website while searching for weight loss forums. I desperately want to lose about 50-60lbs. I am at my highest weight ever, 172lbs. and want to feel good about myslef again. I have gone thru cancer and due to my treatment am now in menopause at 40. Yuck! My diet and the minimal hormones that I have to take have been a contributing factor to the weight gain. I want to slowly go off the hormones but also need to get my diet in check.

I am looking forward to the support that I think this website has to offer and to encourage others along their journey. :)

Welcome bobbwee! You can do this. I am in cancer treatment now, so understand what the meds can do.
