There's actually a 3FC book (called: 3 Fat Chicks On a Diet) I found at my library that kinda runs through many different popular diet methods and their pros and cons. I thought it was interesting and it's how I ended up here. There are many options, but it's great when you find the one that best fits you and your lifestyle. Best wishes and happy losing!
