Hello, I'm an newbie!
 

Just want to say I have found this to be a very pleasant site, although I have never posted until today, but I enjoy going to a couple of threads to keep up-to-date on my sister who lives in northern Ontario, whilst I live in southern Ontario. I too am in a position to lose weight and hope someday I can accomplish my goal! Hope to see/chat with some of you folks in the future!:)

Check out the many forums here, like the 'general chatter' forum; I like the 'Lighten Up' humor thread in there; and the Christian Forum and the CHRISTIAN ENCOURAGERS thread; plus there are age-related groups like the 40's groups; and we even have a CANADIAN thread as well!
