Have you found the 100 lb club yet? It's a wonderful group for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more. Check it out!

We also have groups by age range and by eating plan, so look around - you'll find lots of spots where you'll fit right in.

hi just want to say that I"m a newbie as well I nee to loose about 35 pounds and I will this time. I tried in the past lost 20 pounds but than it all came back lack of exercise but would like to meet people maybe around my area of torrance ca. would like to know if anyone would like to meet me and become a walking buddy and hopefully become a running buddy. thanks
