I am back 70 lbs heavier
 

hello, everyone!!!

I am back to here but this time I am 70 lbs heavier. Its been struggle for the last few months, because I really like to lose all this lbs again. Some of you probably wondering what happened? Well, I got pregnant for the second time, and gained all the weights back again. I am ready to move on and be healthy. I just need some encouragements. I know I can do this, because I've done it before!!!

You said the magic words "you can do it"" ,, I am in the same boat,,, i lost 60pounds this past year and put them all back on and then some:( I am currently pregnant and very overweight,, my only savings grace is that i also know that i can lose it, as i did before!!

We know what works and we just have to get back into that mindset and it will be smooth sailing for there.

OK I can definetly relate. I was down to 185 lbs and still losing when I got pregnant with my son, I did pretty well until AFTER the birth. I started eating like a pig then (was I making up for lost time????) LOL, put on like 60 some lbs. It took me 5 years to do something about it...those lbs just crept up on me. Welcome back, you can do it!!!

Wow! Are we having a population explosion ? Congratulations to all the new births and congratulations on a decision to take charge of your health. You CAN do it!
