Hello, all!

I'm a life-long fat chick who just recently lost a large amount of weight and suspect I could do with losing about 20lbs more. I'm a 45 year old blogger, mother of 5 under 7, graphic designer/artist, livestock farmer, SciFi fan, anglophile, comic geek, and more.

In August I discovered the Paleolithic lifestyle and have been delighted with it since.

I look forward to some help and encouragement whilst I lose this last 20lbs!
