Hellos!

  • Hey y'all!

Just found this board, and I am very excited to start this "journey" (hate to use that word, lol) with y'all!

A little about myself and my weight loss history, well, I am 19. When I was in 8th grade I was 177 pounds, yea...I maintainted that until I was a Junior in HS and I had enough of it. I joined this place called The Karate Dojo and in 6 months I had lost 32 pounds. I felt and not to toot my own horn, but TOOT-TOOT, I looked great! The problem was, i lost it too fast. I didnt know how to maintain my weight. So, by senior year it was all back, and then some. I ended up topping out at 182 pounds. It makes me so sad even thinking about all the hard work I had done, and its result is that- 182.

Well I ended up getting lucky when my wisdom teeth were pulled, I couldnt eat anything for 2 weeks, NOTHING, NADA! So, I ended up losing about 20 pounds, and right now I have kept it down to 165. Still not where I want to be.

My goal is 128. I have a long road ahead of me, but I know with the support from y'all it'll make it a lot easier!

Can't get want to get to know you guys!
